Description
Hand built here in Canberra, Australia. MASSES is at heart, a classic voiced overdrive with loads of range and clipping options!
Masses is a TS style overdrive based on one my first and favourite pedals I ever bought. Masses v2 still offers a lot of range in driven sounds, with a revised simple 3 position toggle for diode options. The 3 positions will provide different levels of compression and character, from open to tight and smooth clipping. Like most overdrives, it has the familiar drive, tone and volume controls but includes a "bite" control, which allows for more top end sizzle, clarity and gain range. Overall, the sounds cover a lot of ground - anything from cleaner drives through to heavy overdrive and it even gets into psuedo fuzz territory (middle toggle position and max drive for full effect!).
Runs on any standard 9v DC (centre negative) power supply, same as any standard BOSS, MXR etc pedals. For best results use an isolated power supply such as CIOKS, Voodoo Lab, Strymon etc
