I love this beautiful guitar! I play finger style and it sounds warmer than Yamaha FGX800C that I have before. Also the materials feel delicate and premium.
This is amazing! 6 weeks into playing tenor horn and unable to get above C#, I can now now get to G using the adaptor and my French horn mouthpiece. I can now play Baby Elephant Walk (2nd horn) comfortably.
I have already listed my 5 star Customer Service satisfaction in my product review of the MPC Sample.

It is refreshing not having to keep chasing up things yourself. I have forgotten what is like to get "old school" customer service. Jol took the initiative and was in regular contact with me regarding my order.
I am a first time customer of Better Music and only ended up purchasing from them due to the global shortage on the MPC sample. It was late, my friend had already back ordered one from somewhere else, I'd had a few beers and I was determined to get an order in. Better Music was the only outlet that I could place an online back order. I am also interstate and normally would go to local stores for this sort of purchase. While my reason for ordering from Better Music was somewhat accidental, the customer service I received from Jol, has really impressed me.
The friend I had that ordered his unit a week before myself, was forever chasing updates and only getting very vague and frustrating feedback. I told him, you should go thru Better Music next time... They actually appreciate the business and treat their customers the way everybody used too..

Absolutely love the Akai MPC Sample!!
I have been keen to purchase an MPC for sometime. As someone who used to DJ but had never made beats, I had held off due to the cost. (Worried I wouldn't have time to dedicate to learning, or if I would ever make anything worthwhile after spending the money) The low price and simplicity of the Sample, was enough for me to take that leap and put the money down..
I have had the sample for one week and have already become confortable navigating the basics. As a first timer, I have already made a hand full of shitty beats and have been having so much fun. I can already tell, I will get my moneys worth out of this unit. Zero buyers remorse over here!
A friend of mine who has always made beats on a DAW, just recieved his yesterday. I told him... it is more adictive than smoking. If i walk past it, it is hard not turnimg it on..
As an older enthusiast, I have been looking for a creative outlet that doesn't involve being part of a band, or being the grey haired bloke playing music to a room full of first time adults.
The Sample has already filled that void.. I think this product could also be marketed as a mental health therapy tool, to people like myself. Haha
I also have a young daughter (7yrs old) My wife and I pump her full of, what we think, is quality music. She loves Hip Hop and House. She always wants to have a scratch on Dad's old Technics, but the learning curve on traditional beat mixing, buying physical music, and trying not to wreck Dad's gear has limited how much fun we could have.
I am looking to purchase the Rane System One, once I think she is ready for it and we can all go digital together (including Mum)
The Sample has already been fun for us to share. I have learnt enough for the two of us to be able to quickly knock out a beat together. She is beatboxing to me on the way home, asking of we can play on the Sample after school. I am so happy I have something to feed her her pasion for music and creativity, that we can do together. (Seeing she will never see Dad in action, like he was.... a long long looong time ago)
