I ordered an amp and cabinet, the amp not being in stock. The guys kept me informed of the expected arrival date, and as it turned out it arrived early. They were dispatched straight away and arrived the next day (from Canberra to North Coast NSW!). Connecting cables are not supplied by manufacturer (a major negative), so a phone call to the store got me a cable supplied free and express posted that day.
