Do we ship Australia-wide?
Yes, we deliver Australia-wide! All orders are sent straight to your door with insured delivery and protection. Instruments are also inspected and set up before they leave the store so they are ready to play on arrival.
What happens if my item is damaged in transit?
We ship hundreds of orders a day and very few get damaged in transit. If your item looks damaged on arrival, refuse delivery. If that wasn't possible, get in touch with us and we'll get it sorted asap.
