The S-300 Deluxe Neptune Blue Metallic and S-300 Deluxe Vintage Sterling Metallic guitars feature comfortable contoured mahogany bodies and Soft U mahogany set necks, ivory-bound rosewood fingerboards, large vintage-style headstocks with Guild peak logo and Chesterfield inlays, stylish 5-ply black pickguards, and classy top hat knobs. Hardware includes Ultimate Angle Tune-o-matic-style bridges, vintage-style Guild Compensated tailpieces, and Grover G2 open-gear tuners.

A pair of HB-2+ humbucking pickups with Alnico V magnets, combined with dual Volume and Tone controls and a phase switch, deliver a wide variety of tones ranging from old-school warmth and punch to cutting-edge crunch and clarity.
