Vater Musician Ear Plugs (VSAS)

Whether you are playing a gig, rehearsing, or at a loud event...protecting your hearing is VERY important! These Ear Plugs are designed for ALL musicians, as well as for people attending concerts and loud sporting events and even great for club and venue workers. Vater Ear Plugs include two filters for different levels of hearing protection. Use these ear plugs when playing loud instruments in rehearsal/on stage and while attending concerts and loud events.

Filter Reduction Levels: Green filter: 20dB. Transparent Filter: 27dB.

Fitting: Grasp the stern of the plug behind the largest flange and insert it into the ear canal with a twisting and turning motion until a good seal is obtained. Fitting is easier if the outer ear is pulled outwards and upwards during insertion.

Removal: When removing the plug, use a twisting motion to gradually break the seal as the plug is withdrawn.

It is recommended that the wearer ensures:
1. The ear plugs are fitted, adjusted and maintained in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions.
2. The ear plugs are worn at all times in loud musical surroundings without interruption.
3. The ear plugs are regularly inspected.
4. Ear plugs should always be worn with the appropriate filters that best suits desired noise reduction.

Cleaning: Do not use cleaning chemicals on ear plugs. Plugs should be routinely washed with mild soap and water to maintain cleanliness. They can be washed at least 50 times. Properly store ear plugs in the supplied case and keep in a clean and dry environment when not in use. Before every use, check the condition of the plug - especially behind the flanges. If there are any signs of deterioration discard the plug. Warning:

If the above recommendations are not adhered to, the protection afforded by the ear plugs will be severely impaired. Always consult with a hearing specialist if you experience reoccurring ringing in your ears and signs of hearing loss.
