To all of our customers, friends and family,
Unfortunately we have been completely shutdown due to the ACT COVID restrictions on retail. On Tuesday Aug 17 at 5pm, we were told to close in 5 mins and leave the premises. We're unsure at this stage of when we'll be allowed to open again, and in what capacity. We're currently in discussions with the Government to seek permission to operate with a strict COVID safe plan and warehouse staff only, as every other State is allowing at the moment.
We endeavour to contact all customers with existing orders, but please be aware that due to the nature of our business, we are not setup to operate remotely as we're unable to ship orders and won't have access to the same level of information as we normally do.
Thanks in advance for your patience, we hope to be operating again as soon as possible.
UPDATE 26/8: Unfortunately, we are still unable to operate and offer Delivery or Click & Collect. We can have 2 staff on-site to receive stock but nothing else. We hope that the rules change this week.
UPDATE 14/9: We're operating remotely allowing us to process and dropship orders. Please allow for delays in your order being processed and the delays with Australia Post, Startrack and TNT. If you have any questions before, or after, your order please email email@example.com.
