What are the shipping rates?
We offer free shipping on orders $100+ and under 32kg to metro areas in ACT, NSW, VIC, and QLD. If you are in a regional area we will subsidise your delivery rates.
You can calculate shipping in the checkout and on product pages with your postcode.
All orders under $100 are charged at minimum $10 shipping.
Basic vs Standard vs Express Shipping
Express 1-5 days.
Standard 2-10 days.
Basic 4-10 days.
Our shipping platform will automatically determine and display the Express or Standard shipping options that are available to you.
Delivery times are determined by how far you are away from our store in Canberra.
If Express is not displaying, you're either located too far away from our store in Canberra, or the Standard shipping option will get it to you just as fast for the same price.
What payment methods do you offer?
We offer secure checkout options like Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Zip Pay and Bank Deposit.
American Express payments are also accepted, although most AmEx transactions will require manual authorization after payment (Someone from the team will contact you to confirm the transaction after checkout)

How much does a drum kit cost?
The price of acoustic drum kits in Australia can cost anywhere from around $500 to upwards of $10,000 for high end kits. The cost of a drum kit is dependent on a number of factors, such as the brand, build quality, parts used, and the cymbals included. Brands such as Pearl will have an extensive range of drum kits that cater from beginners through to advanced players, with their entry level kits being the Pearl Roadshow series, and the advanced line being the Pearl Masters series. What are the different parts of a drum kit?
A drum kit typically includes a kick drum, a snare drum, a hi-hat, toms (also referred to as tom-toms), and cymbals. We’ll explain each of these drum parts in further detail below:
- Kick Drum: The kick drum is the lowest-pitched drum and is usually played with a foot pedal.
- Snare: The snare is a percussion drum that creates a sharp staccato sound when hit.
- Toms: Toms are cylindrical drums that can produce various pitches when tuned. The most common configuration is to have 3 toms (high, mid and low).
- Hi-Hat: The hi-hat is a pair of cymbals that can be opened and closed.
- Cymbals: Cymbals are round shaped percussion instruments which are often used in pairs and make an indefinite pitch.
How do you care and maintain your drum kit?
One of the best habits you can develop is to wipe your drum kit down after use! All you need to do this is a microfiber cleaning cloth, and make sure it’s not abrasive as you don’t want to damage the finish of your drums and cymbals. We also recommend buying drum polish to clean and protect your shells. Your drum stands can also be subject to rust and general wear-and-tear over time, so we recommend using a suitable lubricant oil to make sure everything moves smoothly. Lastly, aways use drum bags or drum hard cases when transporting your gear!
